Tate is a women-only house with just 4 private rooms — a small, cosy home for people who like living with a few housemates.
Every room has its own balcony, and the bright kitchen and dining room is the natural place to meet at the end of the day.

A bed, desk and chair, storage and air conditioning in every private room — move in with just your suitcase.
Kitchen
Frying pans, dishes, a rice cooker, a microwave oven, a blender, a hand mixer and more.
Living room
A TV to relax in front of with your housemates.
Laundry
Washing machine, plus an iron and ironing board.
Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, basic supplies such as toilet paper, bin bags and cleaning products (please bring your own laundry detergent), and regular cleaning of shared spaces by our staff. No need to buy furniture or appliances — a good fit for anyone coming to Kyoto to study, work or do a working holiday.
