Mixed

Ichi

Built around an island kitchen and a kotatsu on a raised tatami corner.

About Ichi

Ichi has one of our most spacious living areas, at around 29 m² (310 sq ft). The island kitchen puts everyone who’s cooking face to face, so dinner prep easily turns into conversation.

Next to it, a raised tatami corner with a kotatsu and TV is where housemates gather to relax — especially on cold Kyoto evenings.

Practical touches make daily life easy: a laundry room with two washing machines and a rooftop terrace for drying clothes in the sun. There are 7 private rooms in this mixed house.
