Utilities, Wi-Fi, basic supplies and shared-space cleaning included.

Pans, dishes, rice cooker, microwave oven and more.
Laundry
Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Deposit ¥40,000 for all houses (¥20,000 of this is kept as an admin fee).
Location
All six houses are in Nishijin
Between Daitoku-ji and Nijo Castle, close to Kitano Tenmangu and Kinkaku-ji. Ritsumeikan, Bukkyo and Otani universities are nearby, with direct buses to Doshisha, Kyoto University, Kyoto Station and Gion. Each house page has a Google Map with its exact location.
